If you made it to this season, there is no reason to stop watching here. That being said, I think you may be disappointed based on the rank this season has on this site.
If you are deciding whether to watch MHA, I think it is important to understand that this show is very milquetoast overall, with an ending that is pretty satisfying, but safe and predictable. There are some really epic and sweet moments in this show, but they are bogged down by many boring segments that I do not care for. not make it very interesting. The final season focused on fight scenes and emotional payoffs, which is probably why it is ranked so high. Many of those emotional beats fall flat though.
The show and this season are a fine watch, but I wish more characters were fleshed out and there were less cliches to roll my eyes at.

Gunbuster is a show that will leave you in tears, but most of the show, albeit good, fails to meet that standard.
The reason why this OVA has such a high score is definitely due to the ending. It really is perfect, and one of the best I have seen. In our current climate of piss-poor endings in Japanese and Western media, it is nice to watch a show with such a satisfying conclusion. The OVA gave me a growing sense of bittersweet emotion, climaxing in the ending scene. In this aspect, the show is perfect.

punch the girls swung had a name, and they made sure everyone in a mile radius knew it! During every important fight the opening would start playing in all its high beat pop glory. The girls would be accepting the death of their friends and loved ones, and then combine power rangers style to the sound of Japanese Cyndi Lauper. Also having girls nag Noriko while in giant mechs is a treat.
I was very disappointed in the final "fight" scene though. It is literally a slide show.
I was also not very invested in most of the characters. I am not sure when these cliches originated, but I have seen most of these characters in other properties, many of them in the same genre and in similar plots. The obvious example is Evangelion and Shinji, but also Space Battleship Yamato and Juuzou. The only three characters I cared for at all were the three heroines. Noriko is a great protagonist, but she is annoying before she becomes a certified bad bitch, and I think the first few episodes suffer for this.
In conclusion, the ending is great and the fights are dumb fun. The side characters are boring, but they aren't the ones posing in giant mechs so the show is really just focusing your attention to where it matters.

I really enjoyed this manga, and I think most other people would enjoy it as well. Its pretty mature/graphic, but the gore never feels gratuitous. The art is also stellar, and although there is nudity, it rarely comes across as fanservice. I guess the best way to describe how Jigokuraku handles nudity/gore is moderate, which is cool taken how the characters in the manga moderate their emotions to gain power.
The main plot is fine, but nothing stellar. If anything, it is pretty generic shounen stuff. However, the characters are what bring this manga to another level. In one piece fashion, everyone gets a sad backstory,

and they almost always make you feel something for everyone, even the villains at times. Also, pretty much everyone gets a character arc, which I always love. I will say though, Gabimaru is not the best MC I have seen. I would have preferred that his one character trait wasn't just "has wife". I know this is a generalization, but he did bore me at times.
Overall, Jigokuraku was a fun shounen manga, that knew when to end. I will say though, they kinda botched the ending with chapter 127. It seemed like the author was pressured to show more, which is a shame because I thought the ending of 126 was really cute.
I would give this manga a 4/5, although you can't do that here. Idk if its a 9 or an 8 but it is certainly worth anyone's time. Anyone who can stomach a bit of violence should be able to find something they like in Jigokuraku.

The animation in this ONA is simply amazing. Everything looks alright during the calmer moments, but when people get down shit gets crazy. I don't know if i've ever seen animation this good outside of movies. But that's what hurts the prospects of this series the most, the animation is the only good thing about it. The ONA would be unbearable otherwise. Even with these fight scenes, I found myself becoming a little disinterested. When this becomes a tv show, how much sakuga can they put into 12-24 episodes?
Of course, this doesn't take away from this ONA, and thus I gave it a 7/10. Good,

but still incredibly cliche. For example, the protagonist is the typical hard headed badass who of course has fire powers. If someone is new to anime, I could see them liking this a lot more, but I have seen everything in this show before, minus the spectacle.
I am a bit tired at the moment, so that probably factored into my lack of interest. In any case, this show is worth the watch just to see the fight scenes, and it's only 3 episodes long. Check it out.

Probably the most hidden of gems i have personally ever seen.
The story is relatively simple, but refreshingly grounded in reality, and especially well paced. I never felt bored, and I typically don't like romance focused anime, especially those in a modern setting.
My favorite part of the story was definitely the characters, who i felt were all believable and likeable. Even the protag, as perverted as he was, was endearing.
The art seemed a bit unpolished, but it was never a bother after the first chapter. The character designs were fabulous too.

As for if I think this story is real, I think it is, although exaggerated in order to make a better story.

I personally don't like using numbers to describe shows as you can never really quantify subjective opinions. Rating this as a 3 is probably seemingly harsh to some people, but to say this show is anything greater than "poor" is a massive overestimate.
I'm the type of person who hates dropping shows, so when I do they have to be absolutely horrendous. I would have dropped this show as well, but the last few episodes were so boring that I was half-asleep, making Zankyou no Terror somewhat bearable. However, this show was still ass from beginning to end.
Art/Sound:
It's good. The visuals are obviously stunning,

and two tracks in particular, (Ill refer to them as "Ferris Wheel" and "helicopter" ) hit me hard. Literally the only memorable (good) parts in the entire show. However, even in these scenes with these amazing visuals/music/supposedly heart-wrenching events, I could care less about what was actually happening.
Story/Characters
As generic as it gets. Two kids decide to go blow up public buildings because they are literally autistic. But of course, they don't kill people. Just ruin their livelihood, but i'm still supposed to like them. I'm fine with morally gray or villainous main characters, but I found that the show seemed to idolize them way too much.
If the story was a metaphor, it would be a gigantic hand jacking of these two main terrorists. The show makes it very clear that these kids are the most intelligent, cunning, and badass motherfuckers around, and thus has to remind you this every five minutes. Every episode involves these kids making some dumb riddle about the most random shit and then i'm supposed to think of these people as geniuses because they knew what Ramses II ate for breakfast in 150 BC. There is a difference between knowledge and general intelligence. Knowing random facts does not make you a fucking genius Zankyou no terror!
The rest of the story/characterization was just boring. Nothing really to say honestly. Cliche motivations like "love" and "Make Japan Great Again". Bombs defused at the last second. Typical stuff and insufferably tedious.
So yeah, save yourself some time and watch something else.
