For better or worse, I’ve read a substantial amount of harem mangas in my days, yet I’ve never read a love triangle involving middle schoolers. With a moment’s thoughts, it’s quite genius — whenever there is a plot hole or frustration created by a character, it’s ridiculously easy to subject it to the characters being children. Either way, the manga does have quite a ton of these “out of character” moments that it struggles to accurately convey alongside a pretty simplistic plot line.

Another one bites the dust. This manga has been regrettably axed at the 53rd chapter.

"No, Miyahara, Not You!" is a unique romcom with an interesting premise -- a MC who has a crush on one girl, but slowly developed feelings for his female childhood friend. From start to almost the end, it's actually pleasantly enjoyable with great fluff. The development from his denial to his acceptance is also quite smooth, with no signs of contrived writing. So I usually don't write reviews but after that nothing burger of an ending I thought I would just type this out as essentially a warning to not waste your time.

This being said I definitely enjoyed the read - the characters are all likable and the character interactions are always new and interesting and keeps you turning the page with the biggest blush on your face with the amount of wholesomeness in every page.

That being said the ending IS NOT an actual ending. It just ends on another chapter not wrapping up anything and leaving all the questions built up to the imagination. ...
