There is enough people in the anime community that aren't fond fan service.
I think it is just because Rakugo is a niche product as it is. it is same thing with Fune wo Amu in Fall 2016. Not many people want to watch an anime about making a dictionary.
I tend to like to start a conversation with everyone I invite instead of just giving you a random invite.
I like that you have Shouwa Genroku Rakugo in your favorites, sadly it isn't more popular of a show =/.
