Firstly, you would assume WataMote, but considering the themes of the story are similar to that of the Tatami Galaxy, it's not as suprising. The same applies with FLCL.
Next, you like unique art style, so that rules out the Matsumoto manga and anime, PS, penguindrum
Then, I assume you like ecchi/borderline H with action and drama (Rosen, Mato Slave, and Sundome). You also like bleak SoL like SSR and Kino Tabi
All your character give off a general dominant vibe in their dynamics with the MC, so they make sense.
So that's why I will say Neko no Otera no Chion-san is the most out of place because it takes a happier approach to SoL format, but the fact that the FL is like 10 years older which reflects your character choices.

Clannad AS is bad on every level
I think I cried more to the shitty writing and Deus ex Machina than the actual story^^
Call it whatever else you want, but Clannad AS ending was not Deus Ex Machina. It was foreshadowed throughout the story before, it didn't come out of nowhere.
