I haven't watched ANYTHING in January or February yet...and I'm not surprised, unfortunately lol I got involved in another private exchange for Valentine's Day, so I'll be watching something new, but probably next month. I wish you good luck with getting back into anime :p I hope I'll get there soon too.

Understandable :) I'm still not back to watching anything new :p well, except one series recently :) but it was a part of like a Christmas private change amongst a group of people, so it doesn't count, I guess :p I just decided to participate because I thought it was fun, and hey, it's only one series anyway.
As for me, I'm managing :) doing more or less okay, but also waiting for better times. And media helps to distract me :)

Yeah, snow can be quite beautiful! Especially during those days when there is a lot of snow and no wind ^_^

I guess taking it easy is the way to go :p instead of forcing yourself to watch something new just to keep up :) but still, I hope you've had some time to experience new things in media during those last few months!

Yeah, I'm doing more or less fine :) as much as I don't like summer, at least it's good for getting all kinds of breaks, so congratulations on having more time to relax :p what are you the most eager to catch up on? :) Is it only anime or some manga too? Maybe even games? :p

Good luck with that ^_^ maybe one day I'll visit the mountains during winter too. I just don't know what I'd be doing there during winter lol snowboarding or something? :p

It was always like that for me too and for quite some time :) 1-3 series per year, so I guess getting used to a new pace was a bit hard. I remember back in February 2023, when I watched ~37 new entries (a few of them were just OVAs but still), I felt completely drained lol that was just too much for me. I guess I'm fine with rewatching/rereading/replaying things almost every day, but when it comes to something completely new - I need a special kind of conviction to start :) and I wouldn't say I was even busy those last few years due to circumstances, so I can't even imagine how I'd handle it if I was actually busy every day :p

But anyway, glad to see you're doing well :) I hope your summer break will be productive in terms of how much anime you completed :p

I'd say winter is still my favorite season, even if the potential ice can be a bit annoying :) maybe you could visit snowy mountains or something if possible? I've never been to mountains during winter, only during autumn and summer, but I imagine seeing some snow-covered mountains is even more impressive than your regular snowy locations :p
A few episodes are still a progress lol it reminded me of 2021, when I registered on MAL with a resolve to finally watch anime almost every day, but I ended watching only a few series that year and mostly spent time on the forums lol "I'll watch something new tomorrow for sure!" was my slogan from May 2021 till December 2021, and sometimes it even worked xD

Yeah, snow and now some ice >_< snow is great, but ice can be annoying lol yeah, sometimes you simply don't have mental energy to watch/read/play anything, which is understandable :)
