| Pointlessly violent. Sucks the cool police guy died. Shards of glass in the main guys eyes looked pretty painful. Good thing he can't feel it. |

| Epic episode. Yoshiko's father was bound to die from the first episode, he was 10/10 dead character. Everything is so well detailed - something which you rarely see even nowadays. But I guess it's because this is an OVA instead of TV. |

| Not a bad episode. Gore-a-plenty. I'll admit, I felt the hype when Karas came back, even though I feel pretty underwhelmed with this series as a whole. |

| NOOO NAKANOOO! I had the best sushi and shopping there :( Tentacles, gallons of blood, cheesy lines, holy cats. Such deep contents and solid development, no wonder it's considered the show's highlight. This episode's imagery reminds me of some videos/edits of the garbage called Blood C I unfortunately saw years ago. Putting gratuitous gore into an asinine plot is unsurprising when you don't have anything meaningful to add. And of course *drum roll* here's a child to protect - which makes three helpless females in the same scene - because the hero has gotta show how heroic he is. |

| @Archean-Return Okay here is my theory, Ekou used to have a Yurine, then he betrayed that Yurine and corrupted her into an engine that can materialize ghostly youkai as mechanical monsters (almost like how daemon engines work in 40K), then the city spawned another Yurine to combat the monsters, but there can be only 2 Yurine at the same time. Anyway, our MC's ability to interact with the Youkai and thus his contract with the second Yurine got severed, and he lost the ability to turn into Karas, and the second Yurine contracted to that female Karas. In this episode, Ekou used the very last of the original Yurine's powers, thus killing the corrupted Yurine permanently, and that Yurine materialized again from our MC's soul without corruption. |
