The headquarters of the MSRA Brightvale division. The ground floor contains public facilities, where people can submit reports on sightings and incidents involving mutants, and serves as the command center for all agents in the area. The second floor houses medical facilities for wounded agents, and the third floor holds labs. Going down, the first basement floor contains weapons storage, training, and research. The second basement floor holds captured mutants and has labs for studying them. Any large-scale research is generally done at the global headquarters, though. |

| Glancing around the office, Risa remains quiet, though to her guides displeasure every so often the Woman's laugher would slip, unnerving him bit by bit, more so that smile of hers. Half paying attention to what the man said, she didn't much care to be assigned down here..though she assumed Command had some cause..it would be interesting to see who all she had to work with...so long as they weren't civvies that would be great, she hated those with a passion. For now it wouldn't be bad to hand around, see what happens next, that could always prove interesting, reaching into her great coats left pocket, she opens a bottle of medication of some sort, taking out a couple, she crunches down on them with an audible Chomp. Now there was little to do, but wait. |
| Alexander stands up from his desk, rubbing the back of his neck with an audible groan. His appearance is slightly disheveled, with messy hair and a tie hanging loosely from his neck. There are bags under his eyes, but that is to be expected from a man who had been awake most of the night. The Brightvale Branch had only been open for about a month, but there was already a shed load of paperwork that needed doing. Supposed mutant sightings. Rumors of mutant sightings. Sketchy testimonies. Documents on potential informants, equipment loads and dossiers on new agents. There was a lot of stuff to organize and shift through. He needed a smoke. But that would have to wait. Within the mound of supposed mutant activity was one that interested him. Mutilated remains of animals had been found in the woods, despite the lack of any real predators. While it could have been a rapid dog, remains at the site made it unlikely. It was possible that it was the work of a mutant with some sort of animal-shifting ability. Either way, it was worth investigating. He straightened his tie, grabbed his coat and exited his office. It was located near the end of the corridor, and as he walked down he noticed a woman munching on medication. She was being guided around by a young man in a suit. A new recruit? Perfect. He could use the company. "Hey" he speaks, stopping the little tour. |

| Looking at the man whom now distrubed her...well no he disturbed nothing, this was all rather boring, as was the guide. "Eheheh Yes?" She asks with a tilt of her head and a glimmer to her eye, clearly not totally sane as one would say. "Ah..I am Agent Seven of Cerberus Division, I was assigned here, Call me Risa." The young man conducting the tour exhales deeply, he was off the hook, and away from this woman, she unnerved him a deal.. "So yeah, need something?" She asks waiting to see if he needed her, or if it was just some sort of greeting. |
| "Alexander Kousima" he replies in kind, introducing himself. "Intelligence. Pleasure to meet you" . Alexander nods briefly to her guides, who emits a sign of relief and walks off down the way they came. His pace was fast, as if he was eager to get around, Apparently the girl unnerved him. She diid have a hint of strange-ness about her. "Possible mutant activity. Mutilated animal carcasses have been reported in the woods outside of town. I know you just arrived, but I was wondering if you would join me? Two is better than one" |

| "Hmm Very well Mister Kousima. I prefer getting my hands dirty..and two isn't better than one at some tasks..for example..ah I'll save that topic for later." The woman says with a bit of a grin. Thinking on the information she scoffs slightly, was more likely to be a bear than a mutant..however a mutant or a bear either one would make for a nice battle. "Ehehehe...yes lets go, quickly." Staring at the man briefly she waits to see just where and more importantly how they were going..if it was a walk...well it wouldn't matter, it was just she liked to ride more often than not. |

| The woman scoffed. So, she didn't think it was a mutant? A reasonable reaction, Alexander coincided. But mutant's were tricky creatures. She would have to learn sooner or later that jumping to conclusions was bad practice in this line of work. "It probably wasn't an animal" he says, as if reading her mind. "If it was, it have to be some sort of freakish monstrosity, if the leftover and tracks are to be believed." He moves past her, walking down the corridor as he makes for the main entrance. After a few seconds, he stops, turning his head to make sure she is following. "Come on, we'll take my car" |

| Following in lockstep, the woman hums a tune of some sort. "Bear or man, they all bleed the same, so whats so special about this one?" She asks in regards to this..thing warrenting their attention..but if it could fight, all the more better. "Ah your car hmm...and the woods..not trying to rape me are yah mister? I'm up to daring romance, but I would rather be the rapee than the raped." With a random change in conversation she takes note he's only slightly taller. "ehehe..well lets go..no point keeping whatever is out there, waiting." |
| "You have a vulgar sense of humour, you know that?" Alexander replies, leading the way. They go out of the building, towards the small carpark at the front. His car is parked there, in a reserved spot. A standard Lexus CT, black in color. He opens the door. "Get in" he says, sitting down in the drivers seat and clipping on his seat belt. |

| "ehehe, humour? Oh welll if thats the case." Grinning slightly the Agent takes a seat next to him. While on the inside however she flinches slightly, before leaning forward. Moving the pair of combat knives around to her front Risa gives a nod telling Alexander to drive on. "Nice Car you get paid a bit more than me." Not that she got paid at all, she didn't bother to add. |
| Scoffing, Alexander reverses the car and drives out, heading towards the woods. >Alexander and Risa exit< |
